De Bruin Ranch only uses pork bellies that have the perfect blend of meat to fat ratio to assure maximum pork flavor and texture. We then hand select the spices along with maple and brown sugar. This blend of ingredients is then hand rubbed on each pork belly and dry cured for several days.
We then take the cured pork bellies and place them in a smokehouse with a natural Hickory smoke placed upon the Bacon. Each slice of bacon is then sliced to the right thickness to maximize all Bacon attributes.
